Help me plan a vacation!!

For some reason planning a vacation always ends up on my shoulders.  I want to go somewhere we can drive.  Long trips are ok. I need advice!  We were thinking Florida, but don't know anything about it.  Maybe Destin?  Have you been there?  What would you recommend?  We want to go somewhere close to a zoo or an aquarium.  Open to any suggestion.  Thanks!!
