That's just silly, silly, silly

It's true that "kids say the dardnest things."  Sidney has been cracking us up lately.
Nathan has taught her to shrug her shoulders and say "Dat's bidness!"  (That's business).  Throughout the day this week she keeps telling me, "Mommy, don't worry" as she grabs my face or pats me on the back.  Tonight she took her stool from her easel, sat down in front of Nathan, and said, "Talk about it."  He'd ask, "What do you want to talk about?"  She'd shrug her shoulders and say, "I don't know!"  They went round and round for awhile until she answered the what do you want to talk about question with "How poop comes out the body!"  We rolled in the floor!

She's also very concerned if you're happy.  She asks, "Mommy, you happy?"  "Jester, you happy?"  She chimes in "Sidney happy!"  When we're driving to Gramma C and Papi's, we see a bull that has a ring in his nose.  She points at it and shrieks, "That's just silly, silly, silly!"  I tell her her Aunt Jaclynn used to have ring in her nose too and she says, "That's just silly, silly, silly too!!"   She has this great over-exaggerated laugh that will make you smile no matter your mood.  The best has to be her happy feet.
When the girl hears music, she can't sit still.  It reminds of the movie Flashdance, which I've never seen, where the girl dances to the Maniac, Maniac on the floor song.  I sing that song to her so much she nows says, "Sing Maniac, Maniac song peese."  Sid loves to dance around, around, around, and around the dining room table.  She jammed out to Journey, Don't Stop Believing, by crusing around the table.  (Thus the picture above!) That's not a short song and she ran and ran and ran.  When the song stopped, she said again!  Sid has always been entertaining, but it's growing daily.  Can't wait for all the memories to be made.
